  • Responsibilities: Documentation, problem resolution proposals and implementation of solutions.
  • Issues addressed: Login failures, ineffective intranet browsing, very slow network, and inability to     utilize McAfee server based automated anti-virus updates.
  • Causes of Issues: Excess protocols & network services (Netware & NT 4.0). Excess authentication     servers and browse masters in a multiple domain enterprise with extreme system variations.
  • Results of project: Elimination of help desk calls for authentication issues; increased network speed;     efficient browsing & enabled automated McAfee anti-virus server updates for user systems.

  • Training IT team for NT 4.0 Administrative tools, (DHCP, WINS) and troubleshooting.
