WinPatrol is a utility that runs at all times, monitoring your system for any changes. If something changes it informs you of the change and asks if you want to permit it. WinPatrol uses very little system resources and can stop spyware from every being installed.
WinPatrol is easy to install. Just start the setup and follow the on screen prompts. When it is finished installing you will see a icon on the bottom right of your screen of a scotty dog. That is WinPatrol, protecting your system!
Do You Have an Antivirus Program?
Make sure you have an Antivirus program running. Some examples are Norton, Symantec, PC-Cillin, AVG. If you have one installed, then you don't have anything to worry about. While some Antivirus programs are better than others, they can be hard to remove, so we recommend staying with what you have.

AVG Free Antivirus is a great antivirus program. It uses very little system resources and doesn't pester you. Make sure to keep it up-to-date so it can keep your computer protected from viruses!
