How do I book an appointment?

The easiest way is just to call me. If for some reason I don’t answer the phone (I may be with another client) just leave me a message and I will call you back as fast as I can. You can also send me an email. I try to check my email often.

The only thing you cannot do is text me. My business number is forwarded to me and I haven’t figured out a reliable way to integrate text messaging with it yet.

How do I pay you?

Right now I am taking most payment electronically. I can take payment on my phone when onsite, and for remote support I can email you an invoice that you can pay online via Credit Card or PayPal.

What if I am not happy with the service?

PayPal has a world class dispute resolution system but you are not going to need it. I am a reasonable guy and if I didn’t do you right somehow, I’ll do everything I can to make it right. Just talk to me.

How do I know I can trust you?

I do my best to be a good guy and it generally comes easy to me. Over the past 15 years, becoming a husband, father and scout leader, I have held myself to ever increasing levels of personal accountability and integrity. I try to set an example to my kids by living by the Scout Law which states: A Scout is trustworthy, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, and reverent.

I try to treat every client as I would want someone in my family to be treated, and I make sure everyone I work with, from employee to partner, understands and agrees with that.
